Risk of loss and title transfer to you once the package is handed to the carrier. However, we will support you in filing a carrier claim if a package is lost or damaged.
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import fees, and taxes.

Our jewelry may contain metals and alloys (including brass, copper, nickel, silver, or plated metals) that may cause allergic reactions.

You and The Balanced Heart waive the right to participate in class actions or class-wide proceedings.
