At The Balanced Heart, we want you to feel confident and cared for with every order. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
30-Day Returns
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, and returned in its original packaging.
This includes returns for:
- Change of mind.
- Style or sizing concerns.
- Ordering the wrong item.
There are no restocking fees. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing issue, or isn’t what you ordered, we’ll make it right.
- We’ll cover return shipping.
- You can choose a replacement or a refund at no additional cost.
Items Not Eligible for Return
To ensure quality and hygiene for all customers, we’re unable to accept returns on items that:
- Show signs of use.
- Are returned without original packaging.
- Are sent back outside the 30-day return window.
How to Start a Return

- Our team will respond within 2 business days with next steps
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive a new item is to place a separate order once your return is approved. This helps ensure availability and faster delivery.
